Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the UK. Larger drum kits are palletized and may require an additional 48 hours for secure preparation and scheduling.
Can I return a product if I am not satisfied?
Yes, we offer a 14-day return policy on most items provided they are in their original packaging and show no signs of use. Please note that custom-made drums and used drumheads are non-returnable.
Do you offer international shipping for cymbals and accessories?
We ship worldwide. International delivery times vary by location, typically ranging from 7 to 14 business days. Custom duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
Are the used and vintage drums inspected for quality?
Absolutely. Every piece of used or vintage gear undergoes a rigorous multi-point inspection by our expert technicians to ensure structural integrity and optimal sound quality before being listed.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and Apple Pay. For high-end kits, we also offer financing options through our third-party credit partners.
Can I visit the showroom to try out a kit before buying?
